Robert McCarthy’s Bio

I am an academic and business coach who helps adult professional students make it through their programs with their sanity intact, Online teachers that want to grow in their profession, business owners that want to grow or accelerate their business, and middle managers that would like to get ahead without having to step on other people along the way.

Prior to establishing my coaching practice, I spent over ten years in management positions in such industries as restaurants, electronics manufacturing, and retail. Further, I have a Masters of Arts in Education, a Bachelors of Science in Business Management both from the University of Phoenix, and an Associates of Science in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College making me an experienced and articulate communicator.

I offer a wide range of programs and services from one-on-one coaching sessions to corporate training workshops and facilitating online classes. My diverse experience and dedicated schooling lent me an unique insight and empathy to other peoples situations.

As a lifetime learner, I am no stranger to the rigors of study while balancing a work schedule, running a private practice, being active in the community, and raising a family. For me, this is normal. For many others, this is insanity. If it is insanity to you, let me help you not only make sense of it all, but make it fun and easy too.
